Delivered and it was exactly what I expected. Expensive !

I recently ordered some Lexus parts and my local technician recommended going in a different direction. I was not able to return dash buttons, buzzers, and wiring harnesses still brand new in the original shipping bags. This is not good customer service.

Didn’t come with needed hardware

Product was shipped with tracking number. Never arrived but said it was delivered so we lost the money. ugh. probably not Capital's fault but not sure.

The part was the wrong part how do I send it back and get a refund
