This is the second time I have ordered parts from them. This time they reviewed my order and suggested some additional parts which I thought was great. Parts came quickly. The Job was to replace the Serpentine belt and tensioner. Once I had all the parts removed and was ready to reinstall I noticed that they did not send me Serpentine Idler Pulley - BMW (11-28-7-841-228). the second pulley that the belt went around. I suggest that they should have included both both parts.

I ordered the right part, and somehow the site switched the last digit of the part number and I received the front windshield washer pump. Fortunately the only difference between the the parts is a “key” in the electrical connector that I grinder off.

I sent an email regarding a broken piece of an item that I ordered (with photos attached) and never received any response.
