MY PARTS WERE NOT DELIVERED??? WTF WHERE IS MY ORDER

How do I return this part that came in the mail damaged? never order from here again.

Parts never shipped and no response to questions about the order.

Beware as they have the worst customer service! I only received 1 of the 15 items I ordered and couldn't get any response from them. I sent numerous emails and left countless voicemails inquiring on the status of the remaining 14 items to no avail. This Mark Thompson person is not very responsive. They may have competitive prices but if something goes wrong with your shipment you're screwed. Take my advice and pay more somewhere else as at least you will get some assistance if something goes wrong with your order.
