Great price on OEM parts. The part was exactly what I needed. Fulfillment and shipping was a little slow and customer service was non-existent. I could not find a number to call and I did not get an answer to the email I sent to customer service. I was unsure of the exact part, so I took a shot in the dark, hoping that it was the correct part. Fortunately, it was the correct part... with no help from customer service.

I would give it 5 stars if ut was not for the late shopping.

Shipping is taking way too long

Even though, I wrote down the Vin number of my Mercedes 2020 GLE 350, the oil filter received was incorrect. I thought you would catch the mistake I did, but you did not. The correct engine filter number is 270-180-01-09.

Received my parts and one was completely broken, packing a 3 dimensional park in a flat pack will cause that. I have been waiting for a refund for a week and keep getting a runaround. Why couldn't a replacement part be sent? First time purchasing, likely the last time.
