Delivery could have been faster

fast shipping, got it right, a little on the expensive side, but cheaper than the dealer.

Almost excellent. Just back and forth communication a little difficult.

I shop at Autohaus because I can find the parts among their selection I need at a good price. I like the piece of mind knowing I am getting factory parts from a trusted source. The customer service I have received has been excellent. I am on the west coast and shipping with the USPS can sometimes be lacking. I ordered windshield wipers which shipped via USPS and the overly large soft box came heavily damage and empty. I emailed Autohaus to report the issue and they send another set via FedEx, which promptly arrived undamaged in an appropriate tube/box. I later ordered another windshield wiper and set of spark plugs, which again shipped via USPS and the overly large box again came damaged with some minor damage to the interior packaging, luckily with no damage to the contents beyond that. I would recommend a higher level of quality control within Autohaus and that they package their shipments in appropriately sized & strength boxes and offer customers other than the USPS carrier for delivery. If it were not for two Autohaus shipping department errors/USPS shipping issues, I would have awarded Autohaus five stars.
