The best customer service I've received in a long time
I had a couple issues with a BaseLayer product I purchased through Amazon. I seemed to only be receiving one of two parts. After two exchanges with Amazon produced the same result, I called BaseLayer directly just to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding what I was supposed to receive. Amber was terrific. She took down my order numbers because she wanted to make sure that my situation was corrected, but also because she wanted to make certain there wasn't a bigger issue. Amber stayed in close communication with me over the next few days and ultimately did discover that some of BaseLayer's products weren't being fulfilled properly through Amazon. She ensured I received my item and was helpful and supremely pleasant throughout the entire experience. In an era where customer service doesn't seem to exist any longer, Amber and BaseLayer restored my faith that some companies still care about the experience they provide. I'll buy from them again in a heartbeat if I'm looking for something they offer. Truly, the best customer service I've experienced in as long as I can remember.
