One corner piece broke in transit. After a quick call to Customer Service, in America, they sent out a pack of all four corners. Nice touch.

My experience was great, you were very responsive to my request for broken parts. Instructions were lacking, I had to determine my risk for pulling supporting structure out that holds the top corner piece.

Cover was a great price and the shipping was great ,it arrived 4 days early

Very quick shipping and overall great experience. Funny thing was watching a 110 lb Fed x gut unload it. But he got it done.
