The seat covers I got don't come close to fitting. I sent them back for a refund and have heard nothing back!!

I returned the seat cover. No back to the seat cover. Only covered the front and sides of the rear seat. Designed to use Velcro to attach the seat cover to the back of the seat. Might be okay for a rear seat that is stationary. Certainly not for an SUV where the seat tips down. Have to say I am unhappy about waisting my time and money. Wondering if this company knows how Velcro works?

Cannot get them to fit snugly. Have communicated with customer service and tried all their suggestions without success. Would like to return for a refund. Not satisfied at all.

Due to unexpected circumstance I was not able to try to install these seat covers until just recently. Unfortunately, the fit is terrible and I am past the return date. I now am stuck with seat covers that I can’t use

I got my $265 “custom” seat covers I waited 1 1/2 months for and started to install them. They don’t fit. I’m pretty disappointed. The holes for the headrest don’t-line up. How do I fix this. See attached videos. No way to attach videos here Thanks, Eric
