Very happy with my shopping experience with AO! Highlight was the great customer service - they helped customize my order to include the vinyl sticker for my Model Y cupholder insert to match the console wrap that I ordered. They also helped ship out a replacement vinyl panel for the center console after I didn't apply it properly.

Great web site for anything Tesla. Everything I bought for my model Y had YouTube videos available to help with the install. Everything I bought fit perfectly and really adds to the car.

The carbon fiber center shell was reasonably easy to install, but did not line up perfectly. The backing was too sticky to get it back off after each attempt. It is so much nicer than the stock gloss piano black.
