Terrible service. Don’t fall for it. Go somewhere else. Company doesn’t honor the image; only sends you one piece at a time.

I was sent the wrong bike, after purchasing a bike that was available for sale on there website. I was sent a different "less expensive ' bike. They never contacted me to see If i might want this other bike, they just sent it any way but still changing me for the more expensive model. As of 5 days later I still have no definite answer because there responds so customers after paying is almost nothing.

Crap

Ordering was easy. Didn't send the color ordered. unit came unassembled (we knew(, but had no instructions. No answers from customer service about how to mount flag and reflectors. Dead battery that won't charge. No one will call or answer in customer service department. Just short uninformative emails. Asked for an overnight shipped battery to remedy the issue. Was told they couldn't do that. 5-7 more days. Two weeks in and son still has not gotten to ride the ATV he got for his birthday.

Received bike and did not pay the extra $200+ for full assembly because it should have been simple. However there were no instructions. After a couple Youtube videos got it together but was missing the front axel nut and believe it or not the carburetor needle screw. Also the fuel shut off was loose and leaked. After contacting the company they sent a carburetor screw but no axel nut. I ended up buying one locally. I cannot get it into neutral, the front wheel locks up and the bike will not idle. Would I get one again? NO. Pay the extra and at least get it fully assembled. I am not sure it would make a difference but you would hope so. I will take it to a local shop and hope they can fix.
