The machine doesn't run and customer service wants me the spend 100's of dollars for diagnostics before they will ship me the parts I need

First bike came damaged second one came with defective parts and missing parts and been waiting over one week for the replacement caliper tomorrow morning I’m gonna report this to my credit card company and ask for a refund

Delivered with broken parts, we notified you & offered to send pic's, Hard to start if at all then dies, battery wont hold a charge, I got this for my son his 1st bike this has been sad we sent you requests for help and heard nothing back at all
