I ordered two very heavy Trailmaster Mid XRX gokarts (which are awesome, btw), that arrived undamaged, on time, and worked perfectly with minimal assembly required. They came in the colors I asked for, and there were no hidden or surprise fees (including shipping fees). It's a little scary ordering something big and complicated like this online, but I'm happy with how it turned out!

The bike was well packaged and no parts were missing. Assembly went well but assembly instructions would have been beneficial and time saving.
