Everything went smoothly from order to customer assistance to delivery.

As most grandpa's, are owned by grandsons. So I bought this jeep. Huge pallet delivered. In my drive I tore into it. It was a pretty easy project to construct. I did struggle with the rear shocks. It attracted a lot of attention from my nosey neighbors. Grandpa privilege is, I get to play with it first. Construction wise, it appears to be solid. Its no toy. It took maybe 3 hours of effort to construct it. But I am impressed. Like I said, it comes on a pallet and is huge. But if you take your time and have some simple tools, you can put it together. Ours will be used in camp sites and campgrounds, and will not be abused. I expect it to hold up.

They did a very professional job with getting it to my front door. I paid for assembly and home delivery and they did a great job.

very good purchase excellent scooter runs very well the only thing missing is a nut on the axle of the front rim otherwise everything is excellent
