(OLD) Bestop.com - don't use

I purchased the Supertop Squareback Soft top for the 2014 Wrangler JK. It's a great top but the side windows don't fit. When I got the top it was summer and I just put the top on and not the side windows or back. When it started getting colder I put them on. I waited for a warm day and let it sit in the sun. I've also used a heat gun to loosen the material. I have called customer support once and they sent me some tricks which didn't work. It sits my garage so it's ok but I am waiting for spring to work on this more. If I would have know it would be such a struggle, I would have paid the installer. I'd pay the installer now if I could. Doors did not work, and customer service tried to charge me the full price twice.

Shipping took a long time, but that's not Bestop's fault. The product itself could use some work on the frame – just add de-burring and test fit to the manufacturing process and it should be a lot easier for the end user to assemble. Also, double check the angle of the holes on the frame rail mounting blocks. I had to cross thread to get those in... Your jig is probably about 5º off. I did not expect to have to deal with those problems when I was installing this top, but once the frame was on, the actual top was pretty easy to get on.

Had a lot of trouble getting a hold of anyone when I first made the order regarding shipping, then when I did was not given the correct information. People on the phone were very nice, but the operation just seemed poorly ran and correct information hard to come by.

It is ok but not practical for my use and of the cost.
