Waited months and months for

Waited months and months for the top I wanted to be available. It finally didn’t say sold out on the website so I purchased. After a couple months of not receiving a tracking number I called and was told that it was back ordered and I wouldn’t receive it for another few months. After being juggled around a bit, I was offered a 20% refund for the trouble, which I gladly accepted and was ready to move on. The refund never came and honestly I didn’t call back because I didn’t have any confidence that the issue would be resolved. My top finally arrived in the early fall, when it was too late in the season for me to use it in the area where I live. Hoping to re-review in a couple months when I finally get to use the top I purchased a year ago.

By error I ordered the incorrect year and the shipping cost back to Bestop was on me. Double check your order because is not easy to return
