(OLD) Bestop.com - don't use

Overall Bestop has been great. They have taken care of everything I have needed to this point. Order processing is fast. Even items on back order were fulfilled quickly.

As already stated, got pretty much what I expected to get and it does pretty much what I expected it would. The help video on take down for loading larger items needs to run at normal speed, not fast forward. Some way of keeping the rear flap up/out of the way for loading/unloading would be good.

Matt was helpful &but it took months to get the top & doors. This the 2nd top Ive bought from you for the same Jeep & this one is very tight The doors are are hard to shut & the replacement peg holes a brittle & cheap.

Ordering online was easy. Although there was an advertised rebate that I wasn't able to get credited to my account. Shipping was fast and packaging we good to protect it.
