Product was well packaged, all hardware was present and arrived quickly after ordering.

Bestop is great! Only issue I have had was the lack of response from an email asking for a replacement grommet for my Trektop NX Glide. HOWEVER this was during COVID. It got cold & since I wasn't taking the top off for a few months i just waited and called and got 2 grommets under warranty!

Fast shipping! One time I needed to return a product (not this top, but a different item), and that was also extremely easy.
