I recently received an A4 Saloon 2. 0 petrol from Autocom Japan. Overall, I’m happy with the car—both the engine and gearbox are in excellent condition. However, the roof liner is peeling off, which was not mentioned in the inspection report. That said, the customer service has been outstanding—very responsive and professional. My complaint is being handled amicably by the sales representative, which I appreciate. One area for improvement would be clearer and more precise shipping timelines, as this would help customers—especially those running businesses—plan more effectively. Despite this, I would definitely consider ordering more cars from them in the future.
