Did not receive item yet and haven’t got an eta .

Have sent my concerns to Leonard along with photos then he asked for photos so i sent again & all I've receved in rerurn is THANKS This product is unsafe to use if it has been tested @12000lb & half the weld dont have pentration I'd hate to think what damage it would cause to the front of a vehicle let alone if a person or child was in the parth when it let go

No installation instructions. Was told to figure it out. Takes days for responses.
