When called about item issue got me fixed up right away

I should have known but now I do. So for context, I'm out west and till this build I have only had dune cars, this time I wanted to build an all round rock n trail car. With that in mine I was looking for more ground clearance and strength, I found a new company that was selling that promise so I bought in and dropped around $5500 for a full suspension set up. Well, I like many others got burned and was forced to file a claim and buy another set up. Enter CATech, I did not know about these guys, but through much facebook drama/research i learned about them and I took another chance on ordering a suspension. BOY LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT HOW CUSTOMER SERVISE SHOULD BE DONE. RIGHT HERE. I have spoken to someone at this point and explained what has transpired, not only did we talk at length about the product and service that CA offers and what to expect and when to expect it, we discussed some of the backstory around my particular situation as well as others. You see CA stepp up big time to help get those people who got burned back on track for their builds. Not financially but in time, these guys jumped up and processed many more orders than normal and never missed a beat. I spoke with three or four folks along the way right up to Eric all of which knew exactly what was happening and what was going on with my order along the way. To say I never felt i have had a more personalized order would not really be an understatement. So glad I did learn about these guys and by now I have pretty much bought everything they rep for my car.
