Quick shipping not a lot hassle getting my product

Your web site is a little hard to find the products I was looking for, you show a picture of a 5 gals of Red Thunder, but I was not able to find it to purchase, ended up buying 5 1-gallone.

No tracking number, no communication, a week past arrival date. Not impressed!!! Prices too high. I will try to find an equivalent for less money and less unknown!!! Very poor for a company this big in Ohio!!! Embarrassing!!!!
