Great company to deal with. Product was delivered ahead of schedule. It was a perfect fit

I ordered the Pureflow cabin airfilter double pack for my truck. It was shipped promptly and tracking number received. After a several days I tracked my order and I was stuck moving between 2 USPS stations. I emailed support for some help and was answered the same day asking to verify my address. After doing so I received an email confirming a second shipment and tracking number. At this point I was more than impressed by their service commitment to the customer. A few days later I received my order and it was a perfect fit replacement filter. The next day another order was received. I don’t know if it was the original or the replacement but at this point it was a duplicate. I contacted customer service again and asked for a shipping address so I could return the extra shipment. They instead provided a return label. Again going above and beyond my expectations. None of the shipping issue was their problem but they chose to resolve it. Kudos to Pureflow. You have a customer for life.

Good Product

I used to not care about what type of cabin air filter went into my car until I discovered Pureflow Air filters. I live in NV and in a desert climate you want the best filtration possible for your car so I gave Pureflow a try on my Camry after we started picking up outdoor smells inside the cabin even with the AC w/ recirculation turned on and I was thoroughly impressed with Pureflow my first go try. So I got one for my Passat as well and I was equally impressed with how well they work and how long they last. The instructions provided for installing if you’re not familiar with your cars cabin filter system and lastly the price. Compared to OEM you absolutely cannot beat the quality and price of Pureflow. Highly recommend them if you’re considering a quality cabin filter for your car a great price

Much nicer filters than the ones replaced.
