Wrong part

I received the sealant. Where is the rest of the kit? The picture shows the entire kit and the description also implies it’s an entire kit. I emailed them about it and they are ghosting me.

Got car today, part not working. Overnighted it as well. Have to take back in tomorrow. Very inconvenient
