Customer service is always so helpful and fast with their responses. I’ve had multiple questions about my orders and you always get back to me so fast and are very generous with replacing faulty fresheners or a smell I didn't enjoy. I’ve really loved all the scents so far (save for the coffee one) and I’m excited to be a returning customer.

Love the product. Great smells and if not for the service I would have the same air freshener in the car for a year. As for the site, I think it would be helpful to make the place to change your subscription more obvious. Having it under a button that usually represents a place to change your profile or account settings can be confusing.

The packaging always arrives perfectly, and I love that it isn’t wasteful. Super easy to add things to my recurring subscription and order more things (usually at a discount). Highly recommend!
