Received your request for a review of service, but so far we have received NO response to our claim on our Tire and Rim Warranty claim! At the moment you score a zero!

My tire was damaged on a secondary road and had to be replaced. I filed a claim and the response was very prompt in stating a cheque would be written for the amount of the claim. It took a couple weeks for the cheque to arrive . However, I still rate the service as excellent.

All was re-paid as expected.

Picked up a few dents in my car the summer of 2019. Had paint less dent repair performed and submitted the claim online hassle free (one dent per claim). Service staff were very friendly when speaking over the phone. A few weeks later there was a cheque in the mail. Pleased that Diamond Kote didn't complicate the repair work by asking for estimates. Recommend.

My experience with DK went very smoothly. But to date I have not received the cheque that they said was sent on 16 October. Can you advise if that’s a normal wait time?
