I was riding on the Interstate at speed limit and my car began to stall but thank goodness it didnt. This happen a couple a times, but no worries Metromile notified me with diagnostics. I took it to my mechanic and the dianosis was the same. My vehicle was repair the same day. I can now travel with no worries.

On two occasions, we were absent long term from our home in Grants Pass, Oregon and our auto battery ran low on charge due to non-use. Consequently, the module that sends location information to the satellite stopped sending signals due to low battery condition on the vehicle. Your customer service people were very helpful in resolving the problem of "no signal" from our stored vehicle in Grants Pass. They were understanding of why our vehicle was not sending a location signal to the satellite. I greatly appreciate their help with the resolution of our issue.
