I installed the Garagistic steering coupler in my '99 Z3. I had to fabricate a spacer to account for the different thickness of the OE Z3 steering coupler. The OE coupler has the durometer of a gummi bear with spongy response. The new poly coupler eliminates any lag in response without introducing any noticeable NVH even with my hard wooden steering wheel. I very pleased with it. I understand that Garagistic is working on offering a Z3 specific coupler for easy installation. A simple and effective mod for anyone who enjoys canyon carving.

I was interested in the new Supreme Short Shifter, but there were some questions and concerns for me, before ordering the Shifter. I didn't know this before that based on the vin# of my '91 BMW 318iS, the factory used 2 different shapes of the shift rod (only one of the 2 can work) on my car that I would have to find out before ordering the Supreme Short Shifter, the rod and other related hardware from Garagistic. So, I started with some emails communications with them and Eric at Garagistic was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable in helping and educated me to navigate and decide on finding out which shift rod is used in my car before ordering not only the Supreme Short Shifter, but the correct rod and all other related parts that will eventually help to get a much better Short Shifter feel and actions!
