Had an issue with a hydraulic quick connect part. Contacted customer service and they overnighted a new part to me. Extremely helpful and responsive to my needs.

For those of us who have limited floor space, this is the answer. I wish I could have been able to purchase many years ago. I believe this was one of my better purchases.

I HAVE USED THE QUICKJACK 7000TL SEVERAL TIMES AND I HAVE TO SAY IT IS THE BEST INVESTMENT I MADE WHEN IT COMES TO DOING YOUR OWN AUTO REPAIRS. I'M LIMITED ON SPACE IN MY SHOP SO THE 7000TL IS THE PERFECT OPTION FOR ME. I HAVE RESEARCH FOR A CAR LIFT THAT SUITS MY NEEDS BUT EVERYTHING THAT I HAVE SEEN IS TOO BIG OR PRICED A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANT TO PAY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE QUICKJACK 7000TL WHEN YOU ARE LOOKING FOR VERSATILITY AND PRICE.

The QuickJack works as expected. I am glad I made this investment. If you read the setup instructions or watch the videos (I did both) setup is easy. I saw some complaints by others, the problem many experienced was due to not reading the instructions. For example, the cure time for the thread sealant needs 24-hours cure. I chose to use Teflon tape and was ready to go the same day. They are much heavier than I expected which makes it a bit more difficult than I would like. I wish I had purchased the SUV and Light Truck Adapter Kit when I ordered My QuickJack. I did order this from Home Depot, and they will deliver it to my house with free Shipping. All in all, this is working fine I did a tire rotation and will be doing an oil change in the next few days.
