Great customer service, the only issue I had was I blew a measurement and purchased the 7000TL instead of the 5000TL which is what I really wanted. I have access to a fabrication shop and might modify the lifting tray so I can lift my C7 Z06 Corvette using the QJ's lengthwise instead of sideways which worked great.

Amazing product that makes home repairs much easier!
