The $100 Amazon gift card I purchased last week thru you had already been claimed when I tried to activate it. When I reached out to your customer service support team, they said there is nothing they can do, to talk to Amazon. That was bull crap and I am angry you did not accept fault for YOUR MISTAKE! I will never do business with your company again. Amazon told me that I had to take it up with you. You sent me on a wild goose chase that did not solve anything. In the end, I'm out nearly $107 (fees for purchasing the $100 gift card) and your company refuses to make this right. I hope this does not happen to anyone else!

I’m utterly disappointed with my Amazon card order. The website says they’re 100% authentic, but be wary as Amazon will suspend and terminate your account if you redeem the giftcard as MyGiftCardSupply is not an authorised third party seller for Amazon giftcards. This has been a misleading experience for me with the website, the 4-5 star reviews convinced me the site was genuine but my experience says otherwise. Customer service (I was talking to Mary specifically) was not helpful either, and suggested that I lie to Amazon and say “the card was from a friend”. There is not need for lying if the cards they are selling are actually authentic and genuine.
