The $100 Amazon gift card
The $100 Amazon gift card I purchased last week thru you had already been claimed when I tried to activate it. When I reached out to your customer service support team, they said there is nothing they can do, to talk to Amazon. That was bull crap and I am angry you did not accept fault for YOUR MISTAKE! I will never do business with your company again. Amazon told me that I had to take it up with you. You sent me on a wild goose chase that did not solve anything. In the end, I'm out nearly $107 (fees for purchasing the $100 gift card) and your company refuses to make this right. I hope this does not happen to anyone else!
