Clicked a tick box in order to receive my iTunes code to my mobile, it’s a facility this firm offer. I hadn’t access to my email account at the time. 2 days later no communication, just their CSR emailing a work email account, I couldn’t access. Saying they passed my issue to a member of the management team who did nothing. The CSR are useless, unhelpful & not at all customer focused & let down the firm who employ them.

Do not buy a CBS gift card. The code didn't work. I contacted the customer service, they were really quick to answer but they didn't solve the problem. i do not recommend. Buy CBS gift cards on other websites

Well , the constant sending of emails after orders is so bad , kindly desist from sending mails to customers when they haven’t subscribed to it . Thanks
