all of my purchases were cancelled due to pay pal rules on purchases even though all purchases were pending on my credit card pay pal cancel all of my purchases, but to my surprise i was notified in my mail that a purchase had gone through. which i was not expecting.

I did not appreciate the verification process even though my account is quite old already. this slowed down the process to receive the code. time was of the essence and this is not appreciated.

Dislike the idea need to verify ID as I'm not comfortable in giving my personal information. Need to set up a separate US iTunes account. Customer service is good though.

It was a mission to pay with PayPal! Will try and avoid payments with that system! To take pics of the front and back of my ID and a selfie are ridiculous! But I was assisted very quickly by a team.
