good options, vendors aren't the best

I've had positive experiences dealing with Certifikid customer service, but the vendor I interacted with had poor customer skills. He changed the price several times and claimed to not have availability within the time the certificate was valid.

Life with COVID

I think that the offers and options have definitely changed. While the virtual experiences can work for some age groups for others its more challenging. I think that as a customer that has purchased various items from the organization, increasing virtual art actvities for sale and farm visits where social distancing is passible are a good idea. I was told I couldnt get a refund due to COVID but dont relaly see ways to use my credit.
