We've been CertifiKID customers ( and huge fans!) from early on-- and although our kids are now in college, we still find many great deals to snap up, on a regular basis-- most recently, this past weekend. I had an incident where we were seriously 10 seconds too late and we missed our bus trip from Baltimore to NYC. The bus pulled out right in front of us and didn't stop even though we were waving at him. It was horrible. I was upset, my kids were crying, and we all were bummed the whole weekend. Certifikid agreed to give me credit back even though it states no refunds or exchanges. The bus company gave me a discount for another time if we book with them directly. A very rough weekend but Certifikid made it a little not so rough. :)
