Kazzam by Party City

The bounce house company upgraded me to a larger infallible free of charge. They arrived early and setup and gave instructions on how to use the cotton candy machine. There was some confusion with the balloon bending face painter. After some discussion the matter was resolved. All and all a very good day. The birthday boy and girl ended up very pleased.

Face painter arrived on time and did great work

Hello, I ordered a bunch of balloons and weights for a company party and everything turned out pretty well. My only complaint is that it is very difficult to connect with people from your company via telephone. I was only able to get someone on the phone one time and had to correspond via email almost entirely. One of the customer service reps phone was disconnected, as well, which I'm entirely certain wasn't her fault. I would like to say that, everyone that I spoke with FROM Kazzam was either super helpful or just plain nice. I want to give a recommendation to Erica Morales too. She was super helpful, prompt with correspondences, effective, and seems like an overall nice person. Thanks for that! Best, Marissa

Communication could have been better. Booking the bounce house was confusing and complicated. The communication between Kazzam, the owners and myself was lacking. The website had incorrect prices. The bounce house people showed up, set up and took day the day of the party so that was nice. Next time I'd rather just book with the company and not a 3rd party.

Process was easy, quick service, kids loved princess unicorn so pretty and friendly, she kept the kids entertained the whole time.
