The carrier was late in delivery- chased this up with Eventgroove, got a very prompt helpful response and without asking they refunded the shipping cost to my account. No fuss, just action, I liked that. Now getting my next order ready to send off - will definitely use them again

i use event groove for all my tickets to my events top class service and fast ready delivery, if i could change one this is make there designer studio a little bit better it quite buggy. Most of all and update the design's of your tickets they have been the same ones for years now
