古琴の注文で古筝教則本が入っていた事で、メールのやりとりで古琴の本を送ってもらえる事になりましたが、もう少し迅速に処理して欲しかったと思います。 　それ以外は、古琴を発送する時にメールをくれたらよかったのではないかと… 　今回Sound of Mountain Musicを利用して本当に良かっと思っています。色々とありがとうございまた。

Overall, the instrument is wonderful: excellent sound, rich bass. I'm happy with the guqin. When I received my package, I was confused. The biggest disappointment was the damaged corner. It's an expensive musical instrument. I expected it to be packaged with care and attention. As compensation, Mr. Joe Wang offered to send me a set of ice-cold strings. I like that approach.
