False advertisement and fraudulent information - none of their promise was kept and they continue to withhold giving me my instruments’s certificate. There’s been damages and Sound of Mountain Music stated, “We use professional shockproof packaging for every instrument to ensure you receive it in perfect condition. If by any chance it arrives damaged, well offer full refund or send a replacement immediately. You'll find your instrument delivered just at your door in perfect condition within the promised time frame!“ They will downplay the situation and rather taking accountability they will rather give you a set a of string to compensate for the damages. Very disappointing. Currently trying to peacefully mitigate the situation, but it seems very unlikely. Situation will most likely be held in lawsuit.
