I am delighted with the Concert Level Black Sandalwood Erhu purchased from Sound of Mountain Music. The instrument arrived not long after I ordered, and was carefully packaged. The weight, feel and response of this erhu is excellent. Of course, the Dragon Head doesn't add or detract from the sound, but adds a certain majestic air to a seemingly small instrument. I would have liked the option to upgrade the bow, but the convenience of not having to spend hundreds extra on shipping is unmatched. I will recommend and buy from Sound of Mountain Music again.

Really nice instrument, there was no problem buying it, arrived in several weeks with everything: with a bag, with tuner, with non-slide strings, instruction book (in chinese though, the only minuse, I can not read it at all), cloth for cleaning it, with e hook to hook on a wall if i want to hang the instrument. Tuning took some time, but i suceeded and the sound is really pleasing to my ear. The tassels looks cheap and ugly to be honest, i will replace them one day :) Greating from lithuania

arrived much quicker than expected (around a week) and sounded great after tuning!! came entirely unharmed. would purchase from sound of mountain again
