Customer service via chat before ordering was friendly and helpful. Though telling me that your shipping partner would handle any and all customs and fees that might apply is not truthful. I also haven't gotten any reply on my second message via chat, as well as on my message I left on the customer account page. Considering this, I'd be reluctant to order again, in case I'd be left alone, were any major problems to occur. Shipping itself was fine, within very reasonable time and without any hiccups.
Also considering, that the shipping is not actually excluded from normal customs processing, prices are a bit higher than your competitors, though I still think they are fair.
