Customer service via chat before ordering was friendly and helpful. Though telling me that your shipping partner would handle any and all customs and fees that might apply is not truthful. I also haven't gotten any reply on my second message via chat, as well as on my message I left on the customer account page. Considering this, I'd be reluctant to order again, in case I'd be left alone, were any major problems to occur. Shipping itself was fine, within very reasonable time and without any hiccups. Also considering, that the shipping is not actually excluded from normal customs processing, prices are a bit higher than your competitors, though I still think they are fair.

Customer service was decent. Guy wasn't really helpful once I got my Guqin though.

The guzheng itself it’s good enough for beginners. But I did not receive the tuning spanner which should be included in the package. It was frustrating that I’ve been waiting a week for the shipper to respond and resend the tool. And it’s been two weeks that I still haven’t got the tuning spanner.

I only got the informations said it's coming but still not heard anything

Very good quality but this wasn't the product I ordered (6 holes instead of 8). Pretty complicated to find a solution with the manufacturer.
