Great for small groups, but not large companies.
The pottery lesson was great and fun to try something new! I only wish there wasn't just one instructor for 165 people. I would rather have had smaller breakout rooms of 15-20 people with an instructor for each room. It would have been easier for the instructor to respond to questions with a smaller group and for participants to show off their work. Also, this is for team-building and socializing. There wasn't really any of that. It was as if we were all watching an instructional video on our own. I would definitely recommend it, but only if it is a smaller group of employees.
