Best customer service I think I’ve ever experienced with a product company. Ordered the complete package and had a shipping issue on my end, not theirs, and they refunded me my shipping cost right away. Their customer service via email was so prompt and helpful, and I felt like I was listened to and didn’t receive any pushback. Thrilled with the clay package and the customer service was EXCELLENT.

Sculpd is a unique fun bonding experience! My teen daughter and I made a lamp together - and it was delightful to see the creative spark in her eyes as we solved problems. The best part? We had a technical issue, and Sculpd’s excellent customer service made it right… I’ll long remember her excitedly tracking me down to show me the final product.
