Prompt service, quality puzzles and cards with beautiful and interesting images, excellent customer support. After many Pomegranate puzzles, I had one that was missing a single piece. I went to their website to complain, and discovered they have a very practical process to replace the missing piece. Within a week the missing piece arrived. Doing business with Pomegranate is very satisfying in every way! But be forewarned: their puzzles will spoil you, and it will be a rare puzzle that will draw you away from Pomegranate.
