Music Direct (Big Commerce)

Great company to deal with - reasonable prices - easy ordering/fast shipping.

The record arrived in great shape and was very nicely packed for protection. It took a bit longer to get than I expected, but that's probably because it was just released and probably was a popular release. In any case, service overall was great and I was notified when the item was shipped and given a tracking number.

The shipping was great.

First time purchasing records online. Was a great experience.

Order came within four days of placing it; great service yet again from Music Direct.
