iZotope

On the occasions I have contacted iZotope customer services, they have gone out of their way to be helpful, for example extending my RX10 Advanced trial period. Thanks to the very manageable upgrade and promotion structure, I have reached the 'everything' bundle in about 18 months, from no prior knowledge. Now I am using RX and Ozone every day, producing podcasts and incidental music. The functionality of these plug-ins is miraculous. I still struggle to understand how iZotope has made audio deconstruction possible at this level. Lastly there is a trove of very well produced learning resources, led by the understated but omniscient Geoff Manchester, who is clearly living out his lifelong passion and dedication to the cause of audio improvement. I can't think of another product or service of any kind that has given me an experience as satisfying as iZotope.

These plug-ins are amazing I can see why they’re in the industry standard- And the plugins all talk to each other as well!

It would be great to use a lot more Ai in the apps and plug plugins.

Really enjoy the various settings, how effective they are, and how easy iZotope is to use.
