I have not been able to install the product as instructions to get Serial Number is not clear enough.

I am 75 years old and a retired Re-recording Sound Mixer in Brazil. Since then, I have been dedicated to restoring the sound of old films. For this kind of work, I am a big fan of iZotope products — they are truly excellent!

I have several iZotope products, Ozone, Neutron, Nectar, RX, and use them all the time. What each of the packages include greatly improve my workflow. I check the website often to see if any loyalty upgrades are available. I've never had any issues, so I can't speak to the customer service, but if it is anything like their products, I'm sure that is great as well.
