GCT

We have heard from many friends how great the riverboat cruises are, so we were expected a lot from this adventure. And, we were not disappointed. The food, the events, the crew, the ship and the itinerary were all top notch. We arrived in Paris a few days early and several of the other travelers came early as part of the pre-departure option. We all agreed it was better than arriving the day of departure because of the jet lag. We also did not sign up for the optional excursion to Versailles because we thought we could do that on the ship if we didn’t get to go there before the trip. However, you can not add the Versailles excursion on the ship. It must be selected and paid for in advance. We did go there before the cruise, so for us it was not a problem.

I don't like to give a 5 star review, however, this cruise deserves a 5 star. Try as I may, I can't think of a moment I disliked or could be improved upon. I have already recommend this trip.

it was a very nice trip. the ship and events were fine. the weather wasn't terrible. the dining room service on the aria was amazing.
