GCT

Really liked the cruise, Markus, the PD, and all of the ship's crew. We really enjoyed the local presentations brought onboard the ship. In Vienna, the Regina Hotel was centrally located and a very nice and convenient place to stay. The three day public transportation pass was wonderful and let us easily get around the city to see the sights.

With doing the pre it was a long trip. Would have liked more time in St. Andrews and less time in Baddeck. We were instructed at the Gaelic College on the Scottish dance and then we had it again the next morning at the Alexander Graham Bell Museum. The restaurant at the Atlantica Hotel in Halifax was great. The experience and eating at the Pictou was wonderful. Loved Prince Edward Island and would like to visit it again. Dan Lynch was a very knowledgable tour guide

We liked the river cruise, the cities of Budapest and Vienna especially and learning the history and culture of the three countries. We enjoyed the beautiful art, music, and architecture in each country . We were profoundly touched by the sad history and experiences of the Jewish people in these countries. We had an excellent program director throughout the tour.

I need only say one thing about this trip if you believe in exceptional customer service. When it turned out the Linzer torte place on top of the hill was closed on Mondays, our program director, Miro, went into town and bought two pieces of Linzer Torte for me and my travel companion. Will definitely travel with GCT again!!!

I loved this trip. It was my first trip with GCT. It was terrific. Only complaint cabin a bit small and balcony could not be used because of adjacent boat. Howrtver I was rarely in my cabin. Busy all day. Tour directors and local guides A+. All ports and cities so interesting. The food on board fabulous. Don’t miss this one b
