This was a very good tour and the crew of the River Rhapsody was very professional/ The program directors were outstanding. The bread could have been fresher, but the overall quality of the food otherwise was outstanding.

Great trip; great tour director; great local guides

If you can, take this trip. It exceeded my expectations. Egypt was wonderful I felt safe. The people were charming. Our guide, Mohamed Elleithy, was a treasure! He was knowledgeable, organized, caring, and charming; I don’t think you can do better. The entire Grand Circle team made this trip run smoothly. The hotel and Nefertiti river boat were great accommodations. The sites were awe inspiring. And we had several very fun experiences. The hot air balloon ride was amazing, floating over the Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut Temple and the farm lands along the Nile. Riding a camel with the pyramids in the background was a hoot! We always felt safe. The tombs temples, and museum were unbelievable. And the Egyptian people were delightful.

Starting with our absolutely wonderful tour leader, Maja Horvart and her supporting cast, this was one of the best river cruises that we have ever had. Wonderful food, wine and new friends
