I’ve only given a two because I was so miffed. When I made my booking which was just over £80 I tried using a discount code that didn’t work. So fair enough but then after making my booking I get an email to pass a discount code onto family and friends to encourage them to book with yourselves I think is just cheeky. Other than this the website is easy to use. Despite being cheated out of any discount for my own tickets I will still pass the code on I was given.

My grandson was so disappointed that the main event of the show didn’t happen. He is so infatuated with the pinky ponk. We fully expected we would see it. He left the theatre so upset. The main purpose of our visit and the seats we chose were for the purpose of seeing it! I am dissatisfied that we were not informed that the pinky ponk would not fly. We could have maybe prepared him for that. As far as we knew it would be a full show but just to have a picture of the pinky ponk shone at the back on a curtain was not at all what we expected.

Booked tickets, got charged and then they called to say they had to offer me worse tickets as those weren’t available. Yet you could still buy them. Seems a bit like a scam

Absolutely disgusting! Booked peppa pig for my daughters 3rd birthday - only to turn up and the venue be closed down!! Try telling a 3 year old that they are not seeing peppa pig! No support on the telephone only option to leave a. Another lady with her son was there! Apparently accordingly to the ticket operator they can’t help as Family Tickets are outside company who have purchased tickets and we should have been informed the venue was closed! Still awaiting a refund and a call back. I have no email to say venue has been closed down as I’m very good with my emails and all emails from Family Tickets are in my emails not Junk mail.
