We ordered raffle tickets though Eventgroove that originally got stuck in the mail (no fault of eventgroove), and they very kindly helped us get new tickets printed very quickly and had them arrive next day. Fast shipping, great quality

The custom process was quick and easy to follow and update templates. The package came quickly before the strike, however the box was ripped/punctured and 3 stacks of books were wet but luckily I could separate them and dry them, some were stained and paper ripped when trying to separate.
